Session/ Consultation Guidelines – Eternal Living Light
Thank you so much for choosing to share your healing journey with Eternal Living Light. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask you to take note of the following:
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All scheduled sessions are held especially for you and are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand that plans may need to shift. If you need to reschedule, please email us at care@eternallivinglight.com.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we can best support you and others waiting for sessions. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Arrivals & Communication
Please try to arrive on time for your session. A 10-minute grace period is offered to account for life’s little delays. If you’re unable to make it and we don’t hear from you beforehand, it will be considered a missed appointment and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
However, if you let us know before your scheduled time that you’ll be running late, we’ll do our best to hold space for you. Please note that your session may be shortened to honor the original time slot, especially if other client appointments are scheduled afterward.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case that we need to cancel a session and can’t find a time that works for you, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
